it depends why you want to do this. the reason i say that is because if it is because you want to trigger samples from different keys, for example, then i often find it easier to limit the note range in the sampler.
if this doesn't apply to your use case then there are plugin ways to do this, JS MIDI route note to channel, for example

Different key numbers in the same Take can be set to different MIDI channels to send.
For example, Key 1 = channel 1, Key 2 = channel 2...
This method supports only 16 key numbers at most.

Another option is to use send (midi only) from original track to dedicated tracks, then filter notes to ones you want to play, using MIDI note filter plugin, before entering VSTi
