Reaper - ASIO4ALL goes offline when clicking outside the program window

Hi All, Just went through a windows update and now reaper goes offline when the app loses focus ( click outside of reaper window) and a win notification displays. ( reaper asio4all attachment) Clicking " ..." option in the notification does nothing. Once I click back into Reaper window its comes back online. I looked through all the security settings, all look ok/ no changes. Disabled virus app - Avira free, disabled windows firewall, ng. cant find a solution...

This would be the first place to look.

When this happens, do all the track's waveforms disappear and "offline" replaces them?

Could you post a pic of that. Does it look like this?
