Change Width Display and Behavior in Routing Window

Default width is 100%.

The "line" that represents what usually is a default in Reaper, in the routing window, is set at 0% so if you double click on width to restore what should be a default it goes to 0% which is not the default.

The "line" should be moved to 100% so that when the user double clicks in order to restore the default setting it actually behaves that way.
