Default Set midi note lengths in selected items to grid length (from main window)

There is a script for this but it only works in the midi editor. There are also other scripts that select and edit all notes within a midi item from the main page, so it should definitely be possible...

I've had a good search but can't find anything other than the script that I already have that only works from the midi editor.

Can you make a custom action

Item: Open in built-in MIDI editor (set default behavior in preferences)
Edit: Select all notes
Edit: Set note lengths to grid size
Edit: Unselect all
File: Close window

you can also add all them to a script.

Thank you... I actually figured it out in the end anyway, but I appreciate the reply. I don't really use the inline editor, and I always want my midi editor opening in the same place with the right zoom settings and I wasn't sure if involving the inline editor would start conflicting with that. I found a Lokaesenna script for 'select all midi notes in selected items' and it was easy from there.

Cheers!
