How do we Normalizer a whole track in Reaper?

Double click on the track control area to select all items on the track

however, if the track contains multiple items, this may not produce the desired result, as the items will be normalised individually, not in the relative context of the overall track.
So, if this is the case, you could glue the items beforehand or use the SWS loudness analyser.
