Default Automation state reflected in faderbg?

Ok so I'm trying to get the hang of the arcane art of WALTER again and I'm running into a problem: which parameter governs this behavior of automation state faderbg tinting? Themes like Default have their faderbgs tinted according to the automation mode.

I seem to have disabled it for my theme, but I can't find the line of code anywhere. Didn't see anything in the "Theme development/tweaker" window either.

Please help me great walter wizards

I don't know of any WALTER options to turn it off but here are the color settings in the theme tweaker...
