Default Envelope follower

Is there any easy way to have one envelope program another?

e.g., mathematically:

Env2(t) = a*Env1(t) + b

Where Env1 is some envelope track and Env2 is another. Being able to apply an arbitrary function would be nice but I mainly need scaling and shifting capabilities.

I suppose a JS script could work but I would need to be able to get the appropriate envelope and apply it to the appropriate new envelope(e.g., pan to pan or pan to vol or width to vol, etc...)

I, of course, copy and paste now but always have to keep in sync, which is time consuming.

Or you can use Mpl's Mapping panel: http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=170044
