Default Weird midi marks

This isn't my pic, I just found it online. But I have similar marks on some midi files I downloaded.

Note the circled marks. WTH are they? Whenever I hit it during playback, it changes the preset I'm using in Analog Lab. It's really irritating.

Program Change events?

Can you attach the ZIPped-up MIDI file so we can have a look?

PS Norton Security is not at all keen on photobucket; try imgur.com instead.

To clarify, that is the Event List Editor view that you need.
Welcome to the world of "under the hood" MIDI!
