Default Is there a quick way to transform your midi file to another scale?

I was wondering if there is a software / plugin that you can use in Reaper, which helps with this question:

To simplify the issue, let's say you have a piano midi file. In this case, I made the midi from the EZkeys programme. So essentially it is a chord-based backing track, in the midi format.

Usually, that musical file is in major or minor key.

Is there a plugin that would instantly convert the file into another scale, like Arabic, or Oriental scale? And the file would still sound musical, not chaotic?

Thank you.

That is hard to say, it also depends on the listener (and on many other things) :-)
