Default Allow Auto-Stretch Markers Anywhere

The only way I've ever wanted to use stretch markers is to lock items to the grid at certain points. If I slip edit or move the items, the stretch markers can get away from the grid, which I have never ever wanted or needed them to do.

In version 6 we now essentially this feature, but only where there are tempo markers (Auto-Stretch Item Timebase).

Request: Allow us to create these special fixed stretch markers anywhere, not only automatically at tempo markers (which is also very handy of course).

Alternatively, allow all stretch markers on items with auto-stretch timebase to behave the same.

Please and thanks!

Man, why do I have to be the only one? And why doesn't it even make me feel special?

Yes, I've definitely had cases where I wanted to move the item contents independently from the stretch markers. Some kind of "Move item contents (ignoring stretch markers)" modifier would be perfect.

Interestingly, we now have a pretty awesome new "auto stretch at tempo changes" option that does what I requested here, but only at tempo markers...gonna update this request.
