Default Small Adjustments to the Mixer Volume

Hello,

I can click and drag on the volume sliders, but how do I make incremental movements to fine tune the volume or type the exact number I want?

See attachment.

Thanks!

Well, the only way to get fine movement is by holding CTRL while you drag the fader. I wish fine control was default, but alas, this is how it has remained.

To type in a value, right click on the fader or left-click the track routing button.

I bound the following two actions to small buttons on the side of my mouse:

Track: Nudge track volume up
Track: Nudge track volume down

This allows me to adjust the volume of the selected tracks up or down in fine (0.05 dB) increments.

I think the shortcuts for those actions are Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down by default.

I just discovered Ctrl + Scroll Wheel the other night. I find it easier than sliding the mouse.
