Default Reaper can't hide tracks on my surface controller

When I use my surface controller (icon Qcon ProG2) for mixing, I do wish to see all the midi channels, folders etc which I can show/hide on my mixer page in Reaper. Where is the Reaper setting for this to translate across to the mixer so I don't have to wade through pages and pages to get to the tracks I want to control ?

lol you again. i'm pretty sure I answered this in one of your other TWO threads on surfaces, but you want to make sure the surface is following the mixer. I'm not sure what you're using as the control surface protocol, but I think they all have some way to change whether to mirror the arrange view or the mixer view.

good luck

Thanks, yes I think I remember you posting that answer now but I seem to recall that the icon didn't pick up from that command. Will try again to make sure. I am using the standard Mackie protocol.

standard mcu inside reaper should give you the option to follow track control or follow mixer control

Can't seem to find anything in Reaper that does this in the drivenbymoss protocol.
