Tracks not displaying correctly on Mac Pro

This problem is related to a new Reaper installation on a Mac Pro running Big Sur vr 11.6.

When adding tracks:

- The first track looks correct (attached image: "First Track.png").

- Adding a second track results in two tracks, both labeled as "track 2" (attached image: "Second Track.png").

- Adding a third track results in three tracks, all labeled as "track 3" (attached image: "Third Track.png").

- If the most recently selected track is expanded, the hidden tracks will be revealed behind it, but the exposed track's controls are still not visible (attached images: "Track 2 Behind Track 3.png" and "Track 3 Behind Track 2.png").
