notation to midi transfer

is there a program that can transfer a notation sheet into midi data?

there a plenty of programs for transfering midi to notation, but what about the other way around?

There is Photoscore by Neutratron, but the results are really dependent on the quality of the sheet music, and staves with multiple voices often turn out messy.

Oftentimes it's just better to transcribe it manually, and input the music in Sibelius (or Finale for that matter). From there you can export a midi file.

Myriad has "PDF To Music." You'll need to scan the sheet into a PDF file.
