Kontakt with a shitload of samples. Is it legit ?

I'm tempted by this sale of Kontakt 5.5 :

The guy sells an external drive with all the libraries listed for €500. Do you think it's legit ?
I know that 8dio libraries aren't transferable, but I don't do music for money, so I think it's not so much of a problem. As for Native Instruments ones, the guy has to inform NI that he is transferring the licenses (else he could simply duplicate and sell hard drives).

How can I ask for a proof that he has contacted NI, given he probably won't want to give me the license numbers by email ?

Send a mail and pretend to be near Colmar, ask if you can visit and if he can give you his address?

It's the only test I can imagine and it isn't fireproof, as he just might have some temporary address handy.

If he tells you it's mail only, abort. Seems like an easy scam to me.

Ask him for his account login id at NI, then ask NI if all the listed products are available for transfer. Tell NI you wish to buy the licences and ask if there there be any problems. I recall that, in the past, downloadable libraries could not be transferred. This may still be the case.

But NI may well notice that some are not transferrable and that could complicate things.

On reflection 500€ for that lot seems too good to be true. I would pass.
