FR: marker-tag envelope
It would be cool if there was an invisible line on track items/clips, located below the center/volume, an area where one could click and be able to put a little tag on an item that one could enter a quick little note on.. like "good bit here" or some such... better than markers, because you could look at the actual location while seeing the little note...
In other words, maybe it would look like the present envelope points, but with a little text message-flag adjacent to it...
