Bonjour. I just thought I'd share a little thing that has helped me to get a better grasp on this wonderful application. It is a odd suggestion, but it works.
If you, as a new (or even advanced) Reaper user spend some time in the bug forum recreating and confirming the issues posted there, you will really benefit. Upon the release of C4 (and incredibly buggy release with a plethora of showstoppers) confirming bugs really helped me to learn the application and how do avoid big problems. Furthermore, the bug forum contains a wealth of tricks and tips and workarounds, that will really enhance your work flow. Those marked
Fixed and
Solved, are especially useful as you will benefit from the revised implementation.
Alas, you may need to dig in order to find the bug reports with reproduction steps, which are easier to follow, but it will be worth it.
Of course spending time in the tip and tricks forum will also yield tasty fruit.
