Default ? "use nudge setting X based on zoom Y"

in the Arrange view, i'm looking to imitate an action that is found in the MIDI editor:

Edit: Move events left/right (mousewheel/MIDI relative only)

this awesome action is zoom-intelligent: the further zoomed in you are, the smaller the increment of moving. zoom out, and the action moves the objects a lot further at a time:

this makes editing note timing very easy, requiring less mouse aiming.

the issue: there's no similar action for selected items/AI in the Arrange view. Edgemeal suggested the below action, but it's limited, because Zoom isn't connected to "last nudge dialog settings."

Quote:
Action: Skip next action if CC parameter <0/mid
Item edit: Nudge left by last nudge dialog settings
Action: Skip next action if CC parameter >0/mid
Item edit: Nudge right by last nudge dialog settings
TLDR, how would one make Nudge zoom-aware?
