PS. It still says "Stige T." as the plugin author name (not "Sonic Anomaly") in the 64-bit VST version of Transpire, in the Reaper plugin dialog. I did a "clear cache/re-scan" of VST plugins just to be sure, with the DLL downloaded from your site today.
|
It's strange but I can't reproduce it. I downloaded Transpire from my site and tested it in Reaper and VstHost. Both says "Sonic Anomaly". Also the source project is holding correct info. Both x86 and x64 have been built from the same source.
Could you send me the dll file somehow?

Ok, thanks for the info.

Why is that? does jsfx get quicker access to draw functions than vst,or is there less code to scan in js?
Had a quick session-overall =very impressive! Bow to Crimsonmerry also-
Now that's what I call teamwork 2 -out now.
Did notice some minor scaling when floating-> Attachment 31231
Simple,elegant,effective- this=winner_ for me.=)
Well done,lots of love.

Thanks! The VST uses it's own drawing subsystem (not the same as JSFX in Reaper). I suppose JSFX drawing is better optimized.
There is a (built-in) limitation in minimum width of JSFX windows, that's why black areas appear.

Hi and thank you again for your amazing plugins. Really enjoying the new bass professor (stereo processing wohoo!) and transient designer.
Regarding Transpire, I wonder if it would be possible to make the soft clipping toggleable, as I would like to use it to drive the transients into the following plugins in the chain for saturation/clipping.
Thanks!

Thanks Sju,
Technically it is possible to add on/off button for the output limiter. The problem is that the GUI has been designed without it. It would not fit. Also I'm reluctant to make changes to the gui as I think it is perfect (thanks Crimson Merry). But I can consider adding the the switch parameter, which can be accessed in non-gui mode.

Sounds good! Maybe it could also be turned on&off by clicking on the clip indicator (and having it visually reflect the state somehow), but as a hidden parameter is fine too.
Cheers

I have updated Transpire now. Output clipping can be turned on/off by clicking the clip indicator. Thanks for Crimson Merry for the updated graphics.

Hello! Any chance of a Mac VST or JS version of Unlimited? It looks pretty nice, I'd love to try it.

These are very valid questions. I'm sorry for not being able to offer a positive answer!
Unfortunately supporting osx has not been possible to do. I suppose because without the actual equipment, I haven't been able to venture that side.
Concerning JSFX, supporting different coding frameworks that don't share anything together is not something I would look forward to do. This was possible with the older plugins because they completely shared the codebase: JSFX -> Geep Jeez = VST. Since moving to WDL IPlug, this chain no longer exists.

Hello .
I just wanted to thank you for putting the effort behind the plugins you make.
They are absolutely fantastic.i have a lot of paidware that doesn't match up to the stuff that you have done with your plugs.
Thank you and hope to see more coming from. You.
Cheers

I wholeheartedly agree!
VOLA in all its versions is one of my most used tools. I haven't found anything else, free or paid, that can touch it!

Anomaly, your plugins are indeed wonderful, thank you very much !
Quadracom, Slax, Unlimited... they all have a warm place on my HD
By the way, it seems that the VST version of your dual band expander produces some noise while the playback is stopped : is it its normal behaviour ?
Also, did you consider allowing the faders to move when mousewheeling over them ?
And, icing on the cake, did you consider a "link" button to each band (so we can adjust both bands at once) ?

I believe this is the answer for your question:

5.1 Master Limiter (available as JSFX from his github repository, and using ReaPack to install it if you want) is the predecessor to Unlimited and has most of the same functionality, so at least you can use it instead.

Still around?
Was hoping to download Skope 2, but link is dead:
http://sonic.supermaailma.net/
Any idea on what happened to Anamoly's website?

I got this through Reza the GUI designer.

His website has been down for a couple of years and he is no longer active here on the forum :'(
You can still download Skope II through his ReaPack repository though: https://github.com/Sonic-Anomaly/Son...ster/index.xml
I wish he would come back and continue his excellent JSFX work, I would definitely pay for all of his plug-ins or support him on Patreon if he did, but I respect his decision.

Same here. This is what Patreon is for, supporting those who do the work.
