Default How can blind people put subtitles on videos, titles and credits ?

hello big community my name is Thomas Messi, i am brazilian and i am blind and i use reaper with accessibility features to work on my productions.
But, I have a question I don't know how to solve: How to add text to a video, subtitles or credits.

Have I tried some alternatives and would like to know if it is inside the video processor script that changes are made? if which parameter?
If anyone knows how to give some tips to blind people who use Reaper I appreciate it.

i don't know if this helps but the video processor has a preset called "Overlay text" - in which you type inbetween the #text= quotation marks
