Default Get all assigned shortcuts to a test file

Is there a way to get all the actions that have an assigned short cut and save them to a file?

Have a look at reaper-kb.ini in the resource folder.

I must be too dumb to read it to see where the key board commands are...

It would be nice to see the action and the key command listed or even in a spreadsheet file ....
