Default Third Party VST Development that Supports JSFX

- I know ReaJS is available to use JSFX in other DAWs.
- I also know that ReaJS is currently 32 bit only and Windows only.
- I also know that there are 32->64 bit bridging software available.

All that said, does Cockos allow or provide a way to allow JSFX to be loaded into a VST plugin?

Put more plainly, I'm interested in creating a 64-bit VST chaining plugin with some specific features not currently available in other chain VSTs, and I'd like to know if it's even possible to build in the ability to use JSFX in this capacity. Obviously Cockos did it with ReaJS, but is it possible for a third party to build a VST that loads and uses JSFX?

Keep in mind the first paragraph; I'm not interested in bridging ReaJS to 64 bit. I'd like to be able to support JSFX in a VST natively if at all possible.

It's "possible" since the Cockos Eel language is open source (included in the Cockos WDL library), but it would be hard work since you would need to implement so much of the JSFX functionality yourself.

64 bit versions of the standalone ReaPlugs by the way are available. (Windows-only, of course.)
