Fantastic Nick! You're a talented artist. Do you mean that ReaBorn 2 will have photorealistic 3D graphics? I think we will be enjoying the upcoming update! Happy new year to you too!

Wrong thread, but in short, just drag whatever file you want into the timeline of REAPER.

YAAAAAAAAY!!!! This is beautiful. Thank you for making it.
Question though. I love how one view is the mixer, then with a flick or two of the wrist the mixer is gone and it's the tracks wav view. But.....is there a way to get this to switch between those two views other than hitting "View"...then clicking on "Mixer"? It would be killer if there was a button I could hit that would switch automatically between the two. Or is there something like this and I'm just not sharp enough to figure it out?

You have to make your own customization for it which is really simple to do.
1: Right click your main toolbar
2: click "Customize toolbar.."
3: click "Add..."
4: In the Filter section search for "View: Toggle Mixer visible" and the jus select it and save your toolbar

RATS!!!! I see a continuing spiral out of control about to happen.
I managed to do as you instructed. And that was great. Except for one thing. When I toggle to mixer mode. The bottom of the toolbar is blocked by the transport. Sooooo....sigh....I clicked on the tool bar positioning or something. Now I have two of them. One on the very top. That I can't get rid of and the regular one that I can't totally see because it's partially blocked.
I think your skin is out standing though. My incompetence not effecting my enjoyment of it.

It's actually not the transport that blocking my whole view. It's the text that is telling me where my curser is at.

Hey all, just wanted to post my humble mod to this wonderful theme. It's designed for smaller screens and also features collapsible transport:
See collapsing transport bar here:
https://stash.reaper.fm/15709/transp.gif
*** DOWNLOAD THEME HERE ***
Meters are -60 to +3, volume range goes to +24
As always, feel free to modify and use as you see fit. Also, Nick, I will remove this post and theme if you wish. Thanks for the cool themes, of course!!!

I´m trying to install this theme in a new computer and can´t seem to find the way to install the toolbars I can see in the pic Nick posted.
I just installed Reaper and dragged the Reaborn 2 reapertheme file into the TCP. The theme installed but not the toolbars.
Is there any kind of tutorial about the proper way to install this theme and the tweaks to do in reaper in order to get it working ok?
Thanks.

I just downloaded and set up this theme, I like it.
How do you expand/hide child tracks from folders in the mixer?
I just opened a project, and can't get at some of my tracks from inside the mixer. They're shown in the TCP with their expand and collapse state controlled by a small icon.

One small criticism; in the MIDI editor with the default theme, each beat has a darker line on the grid than the other subdivisions, this isn't the case with Reaborn 2.
This makes a big difference when quickly entering drum patterns with a mouse.

I really like this theme, I see a lot of potential here because many themes, including the default one, are not good looking at all. I like the toolbar Nick created with it´s icons, really handy and fast... BUT being unable to colorize or tint the whole MCP (this is intentional as Nick said) is very frustrating because I use a lot of colors for different instruments. The other flaw is not having a proper meter in the TCP.
I think Nick could make a great theme with different layouts looking really professional, not making imitations but an intuitive, clear and very well designed theme for long hours of use in professional studios. I have to recognize that Reaper´s ugliness is a mayor stopper for many to jump right in and migrate from DAWS like Protools... (anyway is a question of taste).
I would be glad to pay a fair amount of money for a good theme and great designed toolbars. I guess I´m not the only one here with the same intention. I hope Nick will surprise us soon with good news.

The default is more than quite decent; it's a reference.

Ive already spent close to a month doing my Rado VOX theme... I wont be doing more.
Coding isn't my Forte.. I care not how well the default theme is coded..I'm sure its brilliant.
I just dont find it particularly appealing.. graphically.
Just my opinion.. hope I'm entitled to it
EG: The fader + record button design is just awful... looks like a Xmas stocking.

Hey vStyler, Rado-Vox-v7 is my go to theme. And I'd like say it's great, especially on my laptop, however it doesn't seem to be in the stash any more. Has it been removed for a reason?

I just checked Reaborn and it looks nice.
I won't use it for now, cause i am used with another theme.
Check Rado's Epic Battle Library.
I had no epic drums library, and got this for a track i am working on.
Really worths the 12 Euro.
