How to select multiple notes and adjust velocity

I have a large section of notes that I'd like to reduce the velocity on. I was wondering if there is a way to select the section and reduce the volume by about 10% all at the same time?

1. Select the notes
2. Right-click and select note properties
3. Enter *0.9 (multiply by 0.9 = reduce by 10%) in the velocity box
4 Click OK
