Default Creating Stereo Out and Sending to Hardware

Hello,
So, I'm taking a course in mixing, and I notice that the guy creates a Stereo Out channel in Logic. So I have been doing this in Reaper as well so I can put my Limiter there or anything else I may want before it goes out. Here's the question, all my channels get sent to a Buss (guitar, vocals, drums, etc.) Those Busses then go to the Stereo Out channel. Do I need to send that Stereo Out via Send Hardware to the Master Out 1/Out 2 also or is it good as is with the way I am setting it up?

Thank you!
L.A.

It's kinda up to you. I do both.

My Phones Bus (for headphone mix) track outputs stereo direct to its hardware outputs (outputs 7 & 8 in my setup) from the track and Parent/Master send is unchecked.

My Master track (for L & R monitor speakers) outputs stereo direct to its hardware outputs (outputs 1 & 2 in my setup). All the tracks that have the Master/Parent send checkbox ticked go out thru there.
