How to set media back online after forcing offline? (SOLVED)

Recently we got an action "Item: Force media offline" but I can see no way how to set forced offlined media back online as the actions 'Item: Set all/selected media online' don't seem to work for forced offline media.

SOLVED:
"Item: Force media offline" is a toggle action

You should be able to do it from the Item settings menu. If you have forced the media offline, Force media offline is ticked in the menu. Untick that and media should come back online.

A general question related to the "forced media offline" feature. When I record takes that overlap from a previous item, that previous item also records multiple takes and then is automatically set to "FMO" mode. I found out how to bring it online, but don't know why it is forced offline in the first place.
