Default nanoKONTROL 2 and Mac

Hey I just got this device in the mail today. Set it up in Live with a Mackie setting no prob. Not having any luck yet in REAPER. I'm running a '17 MacBook Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated, if this device will even work here.

Thanks!

Tom

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you using it as a transport control or for CC control?

If you set it to CC control and enable it in the Reaper devices tab for that, you should be able to assign the controls to actions by going through the action menu and clicking ADD for the actions you want.

For example, if you want to set up the PLAY key, click ADD, press the PLAY key and the corresponding CC will appear as a "key command" next to the action.

This will likely require you to use the software and set up the NanoKontrol first. I used to use it a few years back, but haven't in quite some time, so my memory of it is hazy. I've switched to OSC controls, but when I used the NanoKontrol 2 it worked quite well with Reaper.
