Tone generator bug.

Hi everyone, this is my first post, as generally I can get all the answers to my questions by flicking through the posts on here, alas today I am defeated.

I was reading a great article on using sine waves to bring up a punchier bass drum, fab evening lark. Unfortunately however, once I had turned on my JS:tonegenerator the fx window disappeared and and I could not turn it off.

I could not find an fx panel on any track to turn it off.

It plays ten times louder than any song I've made.

and worst of all I even uninstalled/reinstalled and made a fresh track and its still there.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be so grateful.
