Default MIDI Pedel Down/Up With MIDI Filter

Someone mentioned posting this here, so here goes...
I was looking at midi processes in Reaper like ReaControlMIDI and JS: MIDI CC Mapper to try and figure out a away to use a Roland FS-1 foot switch, which is on/off (non-momentary) to toggle between 2 midi channels, in my case 1 and 2. This would make it easy to switch controller settings for volumes and such for selective or dedicated channel settings. I don't see a way to route the FS-1 however. Is there a way I can map the Roland to do that?
Thanks.

Regarding creating a toggle from a momentary switch, a JSFX easily could be done (or it's already available). Regarding creating the controlling functionality, please read the sticky thread to find out about lots of options.
