Any linux Spotify app users here?

The "Your top mixes" section of the Spotify panel can get populated by things you've never had even incidental interest in, and in some cases, the cover art is extremely offensive or racist etc. None of the tips used to delete such cruft on the other platforms works in the linux version, because no 'delete' or 'hide' options appear in the various menus mentioned in online tips.
I hope I'm missing something, whether obvious or dubious. Tried renaming cache and config folders, and clicking anything with or without a pulse, but no winnning.
