Default Can I save all my preferences in Reaper in a single file for safe keeping?

Something tells me that with everything Reaper can do that I can save all my preference settings so that I can load them up again if something gets corrupted.

I have just not got to the point of learning how to do that yet and would be grateful for some assistance in knowing how to do this?

You've already asked that. https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=207264
