Only collapsed and 1 shorter track height in all themes

I like having the taller track height in my child folders as I can see my meters in all tracks and other items as well such as the arm and preview options when they are nested under a parent folder. All of a sudden I seem to only have the fully collapsed tracks and shorter tracks in my folder views. When I click on the track view icon on the parent folder it still cycles through all 3 views, but only the shorter and fully collapsed views are available. Have I unchecked something by accident.

I'm using the default 3 theme, but this is occurring in any theme I try.

Guess I'm the only 1 with this problem. If I manuually adjust the height it will then cycle through correctly. I'm pretty sure this wasn't how it worked before.
