Default How to make color more saturated with TCP name?

Hi,

Track color gives the tint to TCP name but I don't know how to configure the saturation interaction with the track color.

Ideally I would like have the same color for the TCP name and for the media item.

Thx for the help!

Does your theme use the legacy coloring method? (Read this if you're not sure.)

Hello,

Yes I think. There is no "version 5" in rtconfig.txt.

Then you're using the legacy coloring, and I'm afraid that means you're going to be dealing with past difficulties I'm glad to have seen the back of. IIRC, if you make the background colours (panel and item) the same and choose the right tint strength settings then the compositing should match, but I have recollections that even then it would look wrong in some circumstances.

That's correct, you'd need to set that colouring field manually using image transparency, which is more difficult but will provide predictable results.

There is an issue: When elements inside tcp_namebg.png are transparents, we can see elements which are under tcp_namebg.png inside Reaper.

tcp_namebg.png with 100% colored but opaque, is it possible?
