Default Simple MIDI grid editing question.

For editing drums.

1) You know how in the MIDI editor, if you click on of the piano keys, the entire note line is highlighted in color? Is there any way to have multiple line highlighted at once? Specifically for editing tom fills. It would be helpful to have all the tom lines in color, so I can quickly fill in my notes. Having to scan to the left just to find the line slows me down considerably (I do load the note names file, but still not as convenient). Thanx.

Yes just hold shift while rightclicking. Ctrl de-selects.

Hmmm that doesn't seem to work (using 3.72). The color highlighting just jumps to the next note line.

No multiple highlighted note rows possible, sorry. The highlight indicates the so called "active note row". It's the note number actions like "Insert note" and similar will refer to. It's a bit like the "last touched track" in the main window or the last touched plugin parameter etc. There can only be a single one.

OHHH, that little background highlight. I thought you meant the actual selection of notes
