Default Jumping MIDI-editor

Hi!

I've found something that realy irritates me in the MIDI-editor.
When opening it and wanting to go to the start of the item it
jumps back a bit. This is because the editors left window border
is placed to the right of the start in the main window. Sure I
could learn to move the window more to the left, but is there a
change in the preferences I can do to make this work as I want it
to (no jumping)??

yeah that can seem to be a PITA huh?

but try this... thinking that generally how the item opens in the midi editor is based on where the edit cursor is in the arrange window..

so put that edit cursor at the start of the midi item and then db clk the midi item...

Yeah thats a solution...but! :-) often when I am in the editor I want to
go back to something earlier, just copying or checking, and then back.
