Default Latest Release Crashing Constantly

Not sure what's causing it because it's very random, but Reaper crashes at least once a day on 10.14.5 now for unknown reasons. I will add a report the next time it happens, but am wondering if any other Mac users are having a problem as well?

You can find previous crash reports in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

I know. Unfortunately, I found no log for the crash there, so will have to wait for it to crash again, then cut and paste.

Reaper has been crashing fairly often for me too - also on 10.14.5. Today it was simply launching an action with a key command, and Reaper just disappeared. Restarted Reaper, and that key command/action worked fine LOL

Same type of crashes I'm experiencing. Blip, no Reaper.

Hhmmm.....I don't know how to decipher the crash reports, would be interesting to see if there are any similarities...

You should also be able to see logs in the 'console' app. Once you find the reaper crash logs there's normally a section in the log that says 'thread crashed' then a number. You can scroll down to find that number. Hope that's of some help.

Thanks for that info @Ideosound, that helps a lot!! Seems the majority of my crashes (not all) involve ARA of some sort. Not surprising I guess....should probably stop using it until it's more stable!
