Default ReaStream audio passthrough truncates to 32 bit float audio

Hallo dear nitpickers!

Just stumbled over this:
Schwa's Bitter plugin tells me that the passthrough audio signal of ReaStream is truncated to 32 bit float, so there's a loss in resolution when monitoring locally after a sending ReaStream instance (truncating 64 bit float to 32 bit float). The network stream itself is obviously 32 bit float anyway.

I'd be even happier if there would be a full 64 bit double precision passthrough path. And I'd very much appreciate the option of a 64 bit float network stream aswell :-)

Have a nice day, everyone!
