Default real time sound frequencies / waveform visualization?

Perhaps not all that useful, but it would be quite cool to see, is a waveform or sound frequencies visualization window when playing back a project of instrument(s) in Reaper. Does anything like this already exist and if so how would I access it?

Add FX to the master in the mixer from inside Reaper.
JS:Frequency Spectrum Analyzer Meter.
And
JS: Oscilloscope Meter
And
JS: Spectrograph.

Other VST options include the freebie Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst:

and freebie Voxengo Span:
https://www.voxengo.com/product/span/

Also some free equalizers like Tokyo Dawn Nova have modes that show you frequency response.

Very cool, worked! Thank you! I am not sure how to make practical use of these but they are just plain cool to see. JS: Spectrograph also cool to see, colorful.

What's more a little knowledge can be dangerous. Trust your ears over these graphs.
You cannot mix by graph (though they may give you pointers). Killing peaks in music without knowing why doesn't necessarily improve a mix. These tools are no replacement for well placed quality monitors in rooms with half decent acoustics and/or good headphones.

Similarly some folks look for minor amounts of aliasing in synths and VST FX with these graphs and exaggerate the importance of the readout, often not realizing the noise they see is well below the threshold of audibility or more visible in one graph for one VST over another due to differences in gain etc. Great for making scare story YT videos though - Synth A is better than synth B because ...!
