Default Windoze 7 64bit........No themes allowed?
Is this the end of custom theme files, or is there a trick to get my old themes re installed in W7.
Options/Themes from the drop down doesn't even show the files.

Please go : "Options > Show REAPER resource path in finder/explorer" and take a screenshot of the color themes folder you find in there.

I just dragged the files from a USB stick into the option you mentioned, and voila.
