Default Is there a way to make a Media explorer database "smart"?

Am I mixing this up with another DAW or isn't there a way to filter what type of samples are shown in each database (and not just paths)?

So if I create a "Kick" database, then I can specify that only samples with "kick" in the name within the added paths are shown. If not then I think that might be a solid feature request.

ADSR has a free sample manager that will let you search via keywords, BPM, etc.

It functions as a VST. It will catalog your entire sample collection and then you can modify it further with your own custom tags.

Here you go:

I already have that and love it. I just like using the built in browser for some of its native features (eg. replacing selected samples).
