Default Wine regression? re: iLok manager

Can anyone confirm? I use three prefixes - one for plugins that just work (Klanghelm, Valhalla), one for invasive protection schemes (Waves, Kontakt), and one for iLok - With the latest Wine 4.21 on Manjaro, the iLok License Manager quit working when that prefix got updated.

No GUI for quite a while (the pipe timeout*?) until the iLok "Software Component Unavailable" alert, which I will guess is Qt5Svg.dll* - I tried manually putting that in .winvstiLok/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/iLok License Manager/ with the other Qt5 dlls, didn't help. Also tried manually starting the Pace license service, no change there, either.

This prefix was working perfectly! The others are still working perfectly. I've tried with a totally fresh prefix as well as every override I've seen others have success with, including of course msxml3, crypt32, wininet...

*Terminal output:

I discovered recently, via terminal output second-guessing,
that quite a few over-rides were no longer needed in
latest wine-stagings, to have a working Native Access. I reverted
several over-rides that were seemingly being complained about
in the terminal output, and then Native Access began working.

When thw wine filesize is in the ballpark of the real .dll,
I guess that there is some significant work having been done.
It used to be, for example, single-digit k size, versus
hundreds-of-k size. Maybe you can spot some irregularities.
Cheers
