Default Simultaneous (Parallel) VSTi loading

Not even sure if this possible, but it seems that it could greatly shorten the loading times of large projects, or importation of multiple track templates if VSTis were loaded 2-3 at a time instead of 1 at a time (Serially):

Current behavior, one after the other:

*this could be an issue for spinning disks due to head thrashing, so it should probably be optional

The host can't determine how the plugins implement their state loading. Many plugins expect the plugin creation and state loading calls come from the GUI thread. (So no parallelism is possible.)
