Default Bug with cancelling Create measure from time selection (new time signature) (FIXED)

Do the following:
1. Create new project
2. Make time selection
3. Right-click on time line and select "Set project tempo from time selection (new time signature)..."
4. The "Edit time signature" dialog pops up, click Cancel.
5. Right-click on time line and select "Create measure from time selection (new time signature)..."
6. The "Edit time signature" dialog pops up, click Cancel
7. Do 3 again...

What happens:
A dialog pops up saying that "The action cannot be run if there are existing tempo/time signature markers"

What I expected:
The "Edit time signature" dialog to pop up again, since there are no tempo/time signature markers, I cancelled the creation of any.

Reaper v6.32/x64, W7x64

Only I have been bit by this?

This messes up for me when I try to determine the BPM of recordings that were not done to a click.

And really... canceling an action should not result in Reaper thinking that the action was performed, which is what, I guess, this bug shows.
