Default Volume control only from Presonus 32SC to Reaper?

I'm new to OSC. Been using PT and Reaper for years. I have a client that wants to use his Presonus 32SC mixer to just control volume per track. Reaper is used as the live mixer at a church and the mixer is for FOH. More control over EQ and dynamics with Reaper as well as a better output chain and getting to -13 LUFS on the master out. Is there a simple way to do this? Reaper sees the console but I am never able to have it "listen" or learn. Thanks!

If the Presonus device sends Midi or OSC the CSI reaper extension should be able to do

this.

If the gardware device sends Midi or OSC the CSI reaper extension should be able to do this.
