AAAHHHH noise

Gettin lots of rf? interference from Delta 1010 lt. Exporting drum loops from reason live through 'outs' i/o analogue via compressor, desk and back to m-audio ultimately reaper.Checked and double checked, desk and comp' clean signal, as good as home studio gets. Using a reasonable power conditioner, lifting all the main gear and works fine.
Found a small reduction in interference buy 'leaning' yes physically pushing the dvi converter on my graphics card.Not earthing, I checked,just pressing the thing down. Wedged a pair of side cutters there, it helped ha ha.
Removed the graphics card, no improvement, actually better with the side-cutter arrangement.
Please help, what am I going to do when I need to repair some cables, and want my side cutters?
