I think once you built your own presets and sound to it, Ozone means a pretty effective and fast way plus it includes an incredibly good MBIT+ dithering algorythm that is a blessing. I have nothing against T-Racks that is also great, I have just more experience with Ozone.
Maybe it's not the most refined diagnostic tool (and both Ozone and T-Racks includes their own takes on it) but I found extremely useful to put a SPAN by Voxengo after the mastering processor before the final export. It provides a very clear analysis of the important attributes your mix without overloading you with information:
