Default [seems to be fixed in v6.0] gfx.init possibly buggy on macOS

Seems to be fixed in v6.0

Calling gfx.init with an empty title string (and with new x/y positions) doesn't seem to move a script window on macOS, but it does work on Win 8.1, REAPER v5.99
