What does that matter? I would make a wild guess any version of Cubase will take more space on disk than Reaper, but is there some point in that?

All the details can be found here: Cubase AI
20GB it needs according to their own page.

Not sure why you would want a cut down version of Cubase. Or why it's size compared to Reaper's matters.

If you are having a bit of trouble navigating Reaper, I would recommend the videos by Kenny and Jon.

Both excellent resources and well worth your time no matter how good you think you are - you will always learn new tip and tricks from both these channels. Sometimes you can ask a question in the forum and get excellent responses, but seeing the same thing in a video can make the world of difference.
