How to "snapping off" by default?

Hello,
it's really a minor problem but i couldn't find a solution which allows me to have snapping turned off by default when i open a project.
It must be possible since we're in Reaper...

Open your default project,
Turn Snap Off,
Save your default project.

Or do the same for each of your existing projects, as and when you need to.
