nudge function

Hello everyone, I'm just out of the egg on this forum, and frankly I do not know much in sound,

Here the idea

I have created a MIDI track under the audio track that I stick midi NOTE to trigger events on lighting desk or video desk, to synchronize a show,

I'd previously done this on LIVE, where a function called "nudge" allow real-time speed up or slow down the tempo briefly of the timeline to readjust my midi event in case the audio was out of sync with the video or light.
I could assign keyboard buttons that function and suddenly readjust quickly sync.

Does it even exist this function in reaper, I'm looking around nudge in reaper but I come across such functions, volume nudge, nudge PAN, nudge time selection, but not tempo.

maybe it can be call by another name.
